Example Revenue Sharing
50-Page Manga
Priced at ¥1,000
1,770 Sales
Revenue:
1,000 yen × 1,770 = 1,770,000 yen
Publishing Platform Fee (Other platforms: 25%, Amazon: 75%):
*Using distribution fees via normal platforms
1,770,000 yen * 25% = 442,500 yen
Translation Costs (1,000 yen/page):
1,000 yen * 50 = 50,000 yen
Net Profit:
1,770,000 yen - 442,500 yen (20% Publishing Platform fee) - 50,000 yen (Translation Costs)
= 1,277,500 yen
Creator's Share (50%):
638,700 yen → (Exceeds 300,000 yen, therefore eligible for Hero measures)
*Fees are only deducted from actual sales. Even if your manga doesn’t sell well, you will pay nothing.
**As part of the Hero Support, we will run a fan art and voice contests at our own expense for selected creators to promote the work and grow their community.
