Hello, thank you for giving me the opportunity to draw a fanart of this character. I enjoy reading manga and comics, and I've read 'The Scary Female Boss Who Will Gradually Become Happier'. The characters in this comic can be portrayed so well, and I love the 'tsundere' and cute character traits. I also adore the character design. I tried drawing her in my own style. It felt like a rollercoaster ride. i struggled several times but the other times i had lots of fun. i shifted my usual art style to more of a "mangaka" style and played between rough and soft shadings. the reason i chose wedding theme is because the female lead seem to long for a deep connection and someone who truly understands her without being scared of her. In the end she found 'him' who truly accept her as herself. thats how this fanart is made.

Through this fanart, I want to capture unique moments that showcase her softer side while also presenting my own interpretation in my art style. This is my way of expressing my love for the story and appreciating the depth of the character created by the mangaka.

I chose The Scary Female Boss Who Will Gradually Become Happier because the boss character in this story has a personality that appeals to me. The theme I adopted was family in the future. In this work, I wanted to depict how the relationship between the main character and Tsukinowa will be after they get married and form a happy family with their child. I also added the feel of a typical Japanese festival to give a warm and happy atmosphere. That's where the inspiration for this image came from.

For my entry, I drew Aoi Tsuruse from The Scary Female Boss Who Will Gradually Become Happier. I love the fact that she’s so awkwardly adorable but tries to act intimidating at work. Her hobby of collecting cute stuff was what solidified my love for her character, which was why I chose to draw her in that frilly dress from one of the panels and Tsukinowa standing behind her. I couldn’t find out what color her dress was, so I colored it pink to enhance her secret adorable side. I had fun drawing her and hope the judges will like it. Thank you for the opportunity!

I am very enthusiastic about participating in this fan art competition, This fan art portrays Masaki Tsuruse from the manga "The Scary Female Boss Who Will Gradually Become Happier", reimagined through a darker and more symbolic lens. I chose to depict Masaki seated amidst crumbling ruins, dressed in regal purple-and-gold armor—representing both her inner strength and the emotional battles she endures.

She is tough outside and her colleage saw her as scary boss but she really thinking about how she can help people. Her side who likes cute things really adorable. I painted her strollin around Harajuku Street with sweet cute purpleish dress which she chose to wear on special date with her junior.
